Leslie Mounteney has been entertaining audiences in Vancouver with her soulful, bluesy voice infusing a wide variety of jazz, bossa nova, swing, jazzy pop and R&B standards. In addition to leading her own groups, Leslie gets called regularly to sing with a number of top musicians in the Lower Mainland and over the years has sung with concert orchestras, big bands, small groups and duos, performing at many local venues such as G.M. Place (for the Canucks), Red Robinson Show Theatre, The Commodore Ballroom, Christ Church Cathedral, The Vancouver Club, Monk McQueen's, The Hyatt Hotel, The Pan Pacific Hotel, Rossini's, The Quay, Bardot, Capone's Restaurant (and more). She performed with her jazz group for the Vancouver International Jazz Fest in 2004 and 2005.
